Conditions for Refund or Replacement

Damaged Products

If the product arrives with manufacturing defects, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please notify our customer service within 24 hours of receipt, providing clear photographs and a detailed description of the damage. Please note, damages incurred during shipping are not covered under this clause.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt with the necessary details and photographs. After verification, if the error is on our part, we will facilitate a replacement to correct the error.

Quality Issues

If you experience quality issues with the product (such as staleness or spoilage), please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with a detailed explanation and photographs. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, initiate a replacement process to ensure you receive the product you expect.

Shipping & Handling Issues

Uloobi Gourmet is not responsible for delays that occur during shipping and handling. In cases where delays result in the product no longer being fresh, we are happy to offer a replacement. Please note that in such cases, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. If you encounter any other issues during shipping, we recommend contacting the courier directly, and we are here to assist you in this process if necessary.

 

Refund or Replacement Process

1.     Notification: Contact our customer service team at uloobigourmet@gmail.com or 07733 175 744 with all necessary details and supporting documents.

2.     Verification: Our team will investigate the claim, possibly requesting additional details or evidence. This process may take up to 1–2 business days.

3.     Approval: After verification, if the claim is validated, we will approve the refund or replacement. Please note that the final decision rests with Uloobi Gourmet, and not all claims may be approved.

 

Refund or Replacement Timeline

Upon approval, refunds or replacements will be processed within 3–5 business days. You will be notified via email once the process has been initiated.

 

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will not be offered in the following circumstances:

       Complaints lodged after 24 hours of receiving the order.

       If the product has been consumed partially or fully.

       If the claim is found to be fraudulent or misleading.
