Cooking has always been my love language. For years, I loved hosting small get-togethers and just bringing people together over good food. And somehow, my banana bread became the one thing everyone kept coming back for. It was always the first to finish, and people would ask for the recipe or if they could take some home. Over time, I started baking for my church too, and that’s when I really saw how much people enjoyed it. People would come up to me asking if I had baked that week, or when I was finally going to turn it into a business. I didn’t think too much of it at first, but those moments stayed with me. And that’s how Uloobi Gourmet started. Now, I bake a range of mini banana bread loaves, from simple classics to more indulgent flavours. Everything is made in small batches, using good ingredients and properly ripened bananas, just like I’ve always done. I keep it pre-order only so I can take my time with each batch and make sure everything is fresh. For me, it’s still the same at the heart of it, making something that people can enjoy, share, and feel good about. From my kitchen to your doorstep, every loaf is made with care and intention. |
